1. Non-Refundable Deposit Policy

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $25 is required. For Microblading services, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required. This deposit will be applied towards your total service cost and ensures your spot is reserved. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Waiting Time Policy

We value your time and strive to keep our schedule running smoothly. Please arrive on time for your appointment. We allow a maximum wait time of 15 minutes. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment to ensure the quality of service for all clients.

3. Payment Policy

All services must be paid in full at the time of the appointment. Prices are fixed, and refunds are not available.
